Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@ztrifoldcases.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact support@ztrifoldcases.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation requests prior to shipment and before a tracking number has been issued. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations can no longer be accommodated. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

1-Year Warranty

Every purchase from Z TriFold Cases includes a one-year warranty covering specific manufacturing defects. To request a replacement, please provide clear details and visual evidence (photos or videos) of the issue, such as:

  • Failure to protect your device as intended
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

All warranty claims are subject to review.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or unclaimed packages.
